We deliver our jewelry within the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within the European Union is free.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page, estimated delivery times are:

Germany: approximately 1–7 business days
Rest of the European Union: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

Please note that deliveries generally do not take place on Sundays or public holidays. Public holidays vary by destination country.

If you order several items with different delivery times and we ship them together, the delivery time will generally be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

If we ship your order in multiple packages, you will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details will be included in the shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, particularly due to carrier delays, public holidays or high shipping volumes.

If your delivery is significantly delayed or an item you ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you when we become aware of it.
