Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if the goods in one order are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item, if several items were ordered in one order and delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Electronic Withdrawal
You can also submit your withdrawal electronically using the withdrawal function provided in our online store.
Through your customer account, you can request cancellation of an order that has not yet been shipped, or request a return for an order that has already been shipped or received.
Using this electronic function is optional. You can still declare your withdrawal in another way, for example by emailing info@magnosgold.com.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Returning Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. Send them to:

You meet the deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please pack the jewelry carefully so that it is adequately protected during return shipping.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We will not refund any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Inspection of Goods and Loss of Value
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if that loss results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please note that natural stones, mother-of-pearl and other natural materials may vary naturally in color, structure, shimmer and inclusions. Such natural variations do not in themselves constitute a defect, provided the goods conform to the agreed characteristics.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@magnosgold.com so that we can review the matter and find an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, size or version, you can return the item you received under the applicable withdrawal conditions and place a separate order for the item you want.
Personalized or Custom-Made Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
This may include custom-made or personalized jewelry.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected.
